To understand the ethos of this Firm, it is important to know about its founding father, Gregory D. Lerch.

Greg was a devoted husband, loving father, committed friend, and a highly regarded and well respected attorney in the central Florida community. He was born in Washington, D.C. and moved his family and practice to the central Florida area from Wheaton, MD in 1997. Before adding a law degree to his B.A. and M.B.A., Greg was the president of a multiple-office, full service real estate company. He also authored the book “How To Sell Your Homes When Homes Aren’t Selling.”

Greg was a lover of people.  He believed in them, fought for them, and utilized his vocation as an attorney to serve and advocate for them.  He was generous with his time and wisdom and believed in treating others as more important than himself. If you knew Greg, you knew that Greg was the one to call when things got tough.

Greg offered more than just legal and real estate services to his clients; he offered friendship. For that reason and countless others he was cherished by many and is missed dearly.

Greg is the inspiration behind this Firm. His convictions, beliefs, and values will always be a part of it. Though he is no longer here with us, rest assured . . . his legacy lives on!

Our Story

Legal representation is often critical to the success, growth, and prosperity of the business, as well as the individual. Yet, extravagant, unexpected, and unpredictable legal fees have created a barrier for many in accessing an attorney. To make matters worse, large law firm overhead coupled with billable hour requirements have impacted the attorney’s stewardship of their clients’ legal needs.  Unfortunately, some attorneys are more influenced by their billable hour quota rather than seeking the most cost-effective solution for their client.

This Firm was founded in an effort to help reform and revitalize the nature of such legal services in our Orlando community.  We’ve abandoned the traditional law firm model and embraced simplicity and technology while avoiding unnecessary overhead in order to provide our services at a reasonable price.  Our focus is helping our clients achieve their goals, not treating them like a billable number.

As counselors at law, we provide our clients with holistic and cost-conscious legal advice.  There are always issues underneath a legal issue. In order to comprehensively handle them, we consider all of the surrounding circumstances—including the economics of the situation. As legal advocates, we protect and provide for our clients so that they can move forward from their legal matters with peace, confidence, and purpose.

Put simply, our mission is to help our clients thrive and flourish. Our belief and our hope is that as our clients flourish, so will our communities and, through them, our City Beautiful - Orlando.
